Open Positions

Project Manager

Context Architecture is looking for an Architect/Project Manager with 8+ years of experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with administrative supervision and the management of major projects from both a design and production perspective. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors are a must. Position is responsible for overseeing and contributing to design, planning, contract and budgetary tracking, staff utilization, and scheduling. Position will also be responsible for modeling company values and mentoring junior staff. 

Additional requirements include: a track record of successful project management, management of project teams using Revit, experience in construction administration, as well as solid presentation, writing and verbal skills. Candidates must possess an architectural license.

Experience with ACC/BIM 360 is preferrable but not required. Candidates with sustainable design credentials, Passive House/Phius or LEED credentials are encouraged.

Senior Designer

Context Architecture is looking for a Senior Designer with 3-6 years of experience. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in architecture, exhibit skill and experience designing and drafting in all project phases. Candidate will be responsible for collaborative design, coordination of internal staff and consultants, and accurate reporting of progress with respect to project goals.

Applicants must be proficient with Revit in a professional setting. Experience with ACC/BIM 360 is preferrable, but not required. Candidates with sustainable design credentials (Passive House/Phius or LEED) are encouraged. Desire to continuously build skill in a team-oriented environment is imperative. Excellent presentation, writing and verbal skills are advantageous. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful.
