Falmouth Hatchville Fire Station

About

Location: Falmouth, MA
Size: 10,250 sq. ft.
Status: Completed in 2024

The new 10,250 sq. ft. substation in Falmouth, MA, was built to provide more adequate coverage for the growing Hatchville section of Town. This energy-efficient, all-electric Station includes a kitchen, day room, wellness room, six single-occupancy dorms, officer rooms, office space for watch reports, a three-bay apparatus room, and a state-of-the-art decontamination area. The drive-through apparatus room features four-fold doors along its front and an epoxy-finished radiant heated slab. The Station was designed to complement the Town’s look and modest scale, while still providing the Department with a robust/reliable facility that will support fire safety operations for the next 50+ years.
